Message	Hello Chris I have installed these alarm/remote start combos all the time WITHOUT the car starter feature. All the installer has to do is hook up the ignition source wire from the remote start relay pack, so the alram will function correct. Any knowledgable installer can do this install for you without any problems. It is actually less work with out the starter option.If I lived closer I would do the install for you.Hope this will help. frank
